My Sweet Angel.net Order Policies

Order Policies

Payments Accepted

Visa, Master Card, Discover and Pay Pal are accepted

Statements will reflect payment to mysweetangel.net or Eclectic.

Taxes

Sales Tax of 9.75% will be applied to all orders billed or shipped within the state of Tennessee.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 – 3 business days. Holliday and peak seasons may increase order processing time by up to 5 business days.

Shipping Information

We ship to the contiguous 48 US states only. 

Orders will NOT be shipped to PO Boxes or APO Boxes.

·        Please Note we reserve the right to cancel any orders with a ship to address outside of the contiguous 48 US states. In the interest of protecting our customers from fraudulent charges, we reserve the right to cancel orders with suspicious billing and shipping addresses.

Orders will be shipped using UPS Ground Rates. Tracking numbers will be provided by e-mail whenever possible. Most items will ship within 1 to 2 weeks after the order is placed, however some items will ship within 14 – 30 business days. Estimated delivery times are usually between 7 – 12 business days on most items, but some deliveries may take longer, particularly custom items.  

Because our products will be shipped direct from the manufacturer and/or supplier, express shipping is usually NOT available or guaranteed. We cannot guarantee delivery dates. There are possible exceptions and we will always do our best to work with our customers to meet your needs. If you wish to request information about express shipment, please contact us before placing your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

Depending on availability and warehouse location, orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. All tracking numbers for multiple shipments will be e-mailed to you whenever possible.

Shipping charges are calculated using the current UPS shipping rates at the time of shipment. Many of our larger packages will have a shipment price based on dimensional weight rather than actual weight. The weight noted on some product discriptions will reflect weights used for shipping calculation purposes and does not reflect the actual weight of the product itself.

* Please note that if you request Rush delivery, and it is determined to be available, additional charges will apply.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Order Cancellation

Once orders are placed, you may not cancel or alter them.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Costs of refused deliveries of an item will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded for refused deliveries and return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Incorrect or incomplete ship to addresses will be charged a $10.00 fee for address corrections from UPS or Fed Ex.

Product Availability and Back orders

Because MySweetAngel.net uses several suppliers, some of which also supply large brand name department stores, product availability may change without notice. MySweetAngel.net will make efforts to inform you of product availability changes to items in your order by e-mail whenever possible and notify you of an estimated date of availability.

In the event that a product you have ordered is on back order and is not expected to be restocked within 30 days, we will contact you via e-mail and give you the option to keep the order and wait for the item or to cancel your order.

Product Warranties

Many of our products are backed by original manufacturer’s standard warranties. The manufacturer’s warranty statement and warranty service instructions will be packaged with each product, if applicable. If you believe your product to be damaged or defective, it is subject to the manufacturer’s repair and/or replacement policy.

If you wish to return your item, you will still need to follow the policies below for submitting a return request of damaged or defective merchandise.

Return of Damaged or Defective Merchandise

All personalized items are Non-returnable.

All hygienic products, such as training potties, baby baths, feeders, etc. are Non-returnable due to safety precautions.

Many items are manufactured in different areas where particular materials include variances and, rarely, slight color discrepancies may be seen. Usually, if this occurs at all, this is a slight difference that is barely noticeable.  This is beyond our or our suppliers control and may be due to the manufacturer and materials used. Color and shade variances will not justify a return or exchange.

To request a return/exchange of a damaged or defective products or to receive replacement parts for damaged, defective or missing parts, requests must be submitted by e-mail to customerservice@mysweetangel.net within 5 days of the delivery date/expected delivery date.

  1. Refunds will not be given for returns sent directly to the manufacturer without prior authorization from MySweetAngel.net.
  2. Customers must remember to inspect the shipment upon receipt and in the event of damage, note it on the bill of landing. DO NOT open the package if it is damaged.
  3. Customer must inspect each part of the merchandise prior to assembly to check for damage. Once the customer has assembled the merchandise, we will not accept any claims.

Before submitting your return request, please review these requirements to make sure that you have everything necessary. If you do not meet ALL of the return requirements listed here, your return will not be approved.

  • Original receipts, invoices, and documentation must be included and bear no markings.
  • Merchandise, merchandise packaging, packing materials, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Photos of damaged products or parts must be submitted, if requested, before your claim will be processed.

A follow up e-mail will be sent to you with information on how to return damaged or defective items upon approval of return. If your return request is denied, you will be notified by e-mail.

Returns of Non-Damaged or Non-Defective

All personalized items are Non-returnable.

All hygienic products, such as training potties, baby baths, feeders, etc. are Non-returnable due to safety precautions.  

All return/exchange requests for non-damaged or non-defective items must be submitted by e-mail to customerservice@mysweetangel.net within 10 days of the delivery date/expected delivery date.

Before submitting your return request, please review these requirements to make sure that you have everything necessary. If you do not meet ALL of the return requirements listed here, your return will NOT be approved.

  • All returns of non-damaged or non-defective items must be in original shipping condition and unopened.
  • Merchandise packaging must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
  • Original receipts, invoices, and documentation must be included and bear no markings.

No refunds will be given for personalized items, unopened or otherwise.

No refund requests will be approved if request is received after 10 days of shipping date.

Returns of non-damaged or non-defective items will incur a 20% restocking fee if return is approved.

Approved returns will be at the expense of the recipient and shipping and processing fees will not be refunded.

A follow up e-mail will be sent to you with information on how to return damaged or defective items upon approval of return. If your return request is denied, you will be notified by e-mail.

Once your return item has been recieved, a refund will be issued to the purchasing credit card, less shiping, processing, and restocking fees. 

Price Policies

Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice. Price increases or decreases will apply to new orders only. All prices are non-negotiable. Sales and discounts are applied to new orders only.

Product Representation

We take effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

All product information is manually input into our data system and every effort is made to insure that product information is accurate and up to date. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to supplier pricing information or typographical error, we have the right to cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.  

My Sweet Angel.net / Eclectic reserves the right to modify any of the terms of the Sales Agreement without notice to the customer.
